What is 3D printing?
A printer builds the item from plastic, one thin layer at a time. You'll see fine lines on the surface. That's normal for a 3D print.
What material do you use?
Mostly PLA. The planter is PETG, which copes better with water. Each product page says what it's printed in.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. Most items are printed in PLA in blue, red, white or black. Planters are printed in PETG in red, grey, blue, white or black.
Want a different colour? Choose Request a colour and tell us which one, and we'll confirm with you before we print.
Will I see my design before you print it?
Yes. For personalised and custom items we send you a proof first.
Can you print my logo or my school badge?
We can print your own logo. For a school badge or someone else's logo we need written permission from the owner. We don't print licensed characters or brand logos.
Are the cookie cutters and cake toppers food safe?
Cookie cutters are for cutting dough only, and only the stakes of a cake topper go into the cake. Wash them by hand in warm water. Not dishwasher safe.
Will items melt in the car?
PLA can bend in a hot car. Keep prints off the dashboard and out of direct sun.
Do you do bulk orders for schools, clubs and weddings?
Yes. Tell us how many you need and we'll quote.
How do I pay?
By EFT, with your order number as the reference. See How to Order.
How much is delivery?
N$55 in Windhoek and N$105 to other towns in Namibia, by courier. See Delivery.
Can I return a personalised item?
Only if it's faulty, because it was made with your name on it. See our Refund Policy.
Do you make car parts?
We can quote on trims, mounts, caps and holders. We don't make safety parts such as brakes, steering or seat belt parts.
