Terms of service

1. Who we are. This website is run by Windhoek 3D. Windhoek 3D is a trading name of Z&J 3D Printing Services, owned by Z&J Aviation Services CC (Reg. CC/2000/1242), VAT No. 2613129015. PO Box 90110, Windhoek, Namibia.

2. Prices. All prices are in Namibian dollars (N$) and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order you have already paid.

3. Payment. We accept EFT bank transfer. Use your order number as the payment reference. Your order goes to print once the payment shows in our account. Custom orders need a 50% deposit up front, with the rest paid before delivery.

4. Orders. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you if an item cannot be made or a price was shown in error.

5. Personalised content. You are responsible for the spelling and wording you give us. Please check your proof carefully. Once you approve it, we print exactly that.

6. Your designs and files. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any logo, image, badge or file you send us. We will not print licensed characters, trademarks or school badges without written permission, or anything illegal, offensive or a weapon part.

7. Our designs. Our designs and photos stay our property. Please do not copy them for resale.

8. Use of products. Our items are decorative and light duty. Vehicle items are not safety parts. Cookie cutters are for dough only, hand wash only. Keep small items away from young children. Keep PLA items out of hot cars and direct sun.

9. Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
