Refund policy

Personalised and custom items. These are made just for you. We cannot refund or exchange them if you change your mind, or if the spelling, colour or size matches the proof or order you approved.

Faulty or wrong items. If your item arrives broken, has a print defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint it free first. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

Small differences are normal. 3D printed items show fine layer lines, and colours can look slightly different from the photos. These are not defects.

How refunds are paid. Refunds are paid by EFT to the bank account you give us, within 7 days of approving your refund.

Cancelling. You can cancel a custom order for a full refund before we send your proof. Once printing has started we cannot refund it.
